Aptus Recycling Pvt. Ltd was incorporated in the year 2014 with the mission and vision to become a leading e waste recycling company of India. We are a CPCB and KSPCB approved E-Waste Recycling company having pan india presence through our strategic network and strong logistic partnership.

Promoters of the company are from the field of Environment, Chemical Engineering having best knowledge and experience in to the field of E-Waste Recycling after years of complete research and developing the entire process of Environment friendly Recycling and recovery of resources out of E-Waste and establishing the Network to collect and dispose Hazardous waste in environment friendly manner they decided to open a state of art E Waste recycling facility where in e-waste can be handled and disposed off in a safe and secure manner.

Our E-Waste Plant is ISO 14000 and ISO 18000 certified having complied with all the required steps and norms to be taken care of for Environment & Health and safety of people involved in to dismantling and recycling of E-waste.

Through our unique process of E-Waste disposal and recovery, we are able to recover all of the metals which are there in the E-waste,we follow zero landfill policy and try to minimise the waste out of E-Waste.

Recycling & Recovery

We Process all of e waste mentioned in the schedule-I of e-waste rules 2016 and recover all metals and Non metals from recycling of it, we carry out recycling activities in Zero negative environment effect.

Lamp Recycling

Through Lamp recycling machine we are able to capture mercury which is very hazardous to human health, not to release in the environment and can be sent for further recycling.

Process Section


Our process is our strength in order to maximise the returns and decrease waste out of E–Waste we had implemented the product focussed process, in order to make sure 100% efficient and effective disposal and maximising the recovery out of the products.

Collection

This is the starting step of any recycling process in this our priority is to safe, secure and efficiently collect all E Waste from the generators place anywhere in India.

Transportation

Collected E -Waste raw material should be transported to the E Waste Plant in a manner so that it should not create hazard during transportation and should reach within the stipulated time so that timely other process should start.

Segregation

Segregation is the first and major step before dismantling takes place and item wised and product focussed dismantling can be done to recover best out of it.

Dismantling

In this step we do dismantling of product wise E-Waste so that we should have exact product wise data available this makes us focused on every lot coming on way and get best possible out of it.

Separation

In this step after dismantling we separate items which can be reused and can be recycled.

Reuse and Recycle

In this step material for reuse packed and stored separately for further resale and Material for recycling to be sent further chain of process.

Disposition

After completing all above process generated H/W (Hazardous Waste) to be kept in safe and secure manner to be disposed off as per the guidelines of CPCB and KSPCB.

Reporting’s & Certification

This is the final and the last step , after following above we have complete product wise report and data of each E- Wastematerial lot we receive from customers basis on that we provide certification of safe and eco friendly disposal of E- Waste as per the guide lines of CPCB and KSPCB to our customers.
